Job summary

NNIT Philippines is seeking an experienced IT systems professional to provide L2 support for Veeva Vaults and manage users, roles and permissions. You will advise on system improvements, handle escalation, and ensure changes are deployed and validated with each release.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include reporting/dashboard creation, data loads and mappings, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Veeva system administration.
• Experience with Vault modules (Quality, CTMS, etc.).
• Experience with QA/QMS/CTMS/ETMF/RIMS/PromoMats/MedComms is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn multiple IT systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 system support for Veeva Vaults.
• Manage system users, roles, and permissions.
• Provide advisory/consultant expertise and support.
• Drive continuous improvements by staying on top of new functionality.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and questions.
• Troubleshoot and fix system issues.
• Evaluate existing functionality and implement per business needs.
• Assist with creating reports and dashboards.
• Make system configuration and routine changes.
• Manage data loads (bulk upload of documents, users, metadata).
• Promote changes via deployments and change controls.
• Ensure Veeva environments are validated with each release and change.
