Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in business operations, program execution, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating initiatives with milestones, owners, risks, and follow-through.
• Translating leadership priorities into workplans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive summaries.
• Interpreting data and translating insights into narratives, with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong business judgment and risk awareness.
• Execution-oriented with strong follow-through and dependency management.
• Simplifying complexity and driving leadership alignment.
• Familiarity with Accenture sales, finance, or pricing processes.
• Continuous improvement mindset and use of AI tools to boost productivity.
