Job summary

JLL is seeking a Team Lead for the Booking Team in the Valuations Business Support unit to drive a high-performance culture and coordinate recruitment, induction, and training for CMG JBS Members. The role requires strong leadership, confidentiality, and cross-timezone collaboration.

You will oversee performance management, coaching, and organizational improvements while ensuring adherence to client requirements and internal processes. On-site Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years in a team lead or assistant team lead role.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple time zones.
• Experience in valuations/real estate is an advantage but not required.
• Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMG JBS Team Members to drive high performance and meet KPIs.
• Coordinate recruitment, induction and training, and monitor performance.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities within the team.
• Ensure workflow delegation and even distribution of work.
• Maintain client service quality and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor KPIs, identify process improvements, and manage risks.
