Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not essential).
• Experience in customer service and/or administrative support.
• Exposure to property, valuation, settlements, or financial services industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and register incoming valuation requests across all locations within required timeframes and quality standards.
• Coordinate valuation jobs efficiently from intake through completion.
• Monitor valuation turnaround times and follow up on pending reports where necessary.
• Check completed valuations and provide status updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate job status updates and internal system records.
• Escalate matters outside delegated authority to the appropriate manager.
• Handle sensitive valuation matters with professionalism and discretion when required.
• Respond to client enquiries via email and phone regarding valuation status and requests.
• Liaise with clients and lenders throughout processing and registration stages.
• Follow up incomplete information and communicate delays proactively.
• Maintain accurate notes and client interactions within internal systems.
• Provide activity logs and status reports to management as requested.
