Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm in the Philippines providing staffing and admin support for international clients. The project manager role focuses on construction administration, from bidding to project completion, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, vendor relations, and independent work.

You will manage submittals, logs, and procurement, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Excellent English and blueprint literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must speak excellent English and read blueprints in detail.
• Must be able to interpret specifications and prepare submittals.
• Experience with estimating, takeoffs, and vendor communication is needed.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from bidding to completion.
• Engineering or architecture background preferred; USA project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and takeoffs for project bids.
• Drafting in CAD and creating project documents.
• Send RFQ/RFPs to vendors and subs; follow up on pricing.
• Develop project schedules and manage budgets.
• Prepare safety plans and close-out documentation.
• Maintain organized records, manage Google Drive and emails.
• Handle accounts payable and bid forms as needed.
• Assist with licenses, pre-qualifications, and admin tasks.
