Job summary

SGV & Co is a leading professional services firm in the Philippines, delivering valuation, modelling, economics, and related advisory services to clients across industries.

As a Manager in VME, you will oversee valuation reports, financial models, and economic analyses, while managing client relationships, guiding juniors, and contributing to firm initiatives and market-facing opportunities.

Qualifications

• A degree qualification in related discipline such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
• At least five (5) years of experience applying valuation, modelling, and economics methodologies within a Big 4 accounting firm, valuation firm, investment or commercial banking, venture capital, financial research, or corporate finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation, modelling, and economics engagements, including overseeing the preparation of valuation reports, financial models, economic analyses, and day-to-day team activities.
• Manage stakeholder communications and collaborate across EY teams, service lines, and offices to address engagement matters and deliver exceptional client service.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members, supporting the application of valuation, modelling, and economics methodologies and their professional development.
• Manage engagement administration, including margins, billings, and collections.
• Support business development and marketing initiatives while staying current on industry developments and service offerings to enhance client engagements and firm projects.
