Job summary

EY Parthenon in the Cayman Islands is seeking a Manager to lead valuation, modeling and economics work within the VME team. You will develop valuation approaches, build models and prepare reports for diverse client needs, including financial reporting, transactions and tax matters.

The role requires 5+ years in valuation, strong financial modelling skills and MS Office proficiency, with travel as needed and a commitment to professional designation progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• At least 5 years of valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm
• A commitment to pursuing a relevant business valuation professional designation
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• MS Office proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Participate and assist in valuation and financial analyses and applying valuation theories and approaches
• Develop valuation models and reports for financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation
• Research and gather information, analyze data, and contribute to valuation report preparation
• Travel as necessary and support other projects within Strategy and Transactions and EY
