Job summary

MSD is seeking a Professional Healthcare Representative for the Laguna region with flexibility for other Philippine locations in the future. You will lead territory sales activities, deliver product knowledge, and engage with customers to achieve sales targets within the vaccines team.

The role emphasizes strategic account management, event organization, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams. Hybrid work arrangement and full-time status are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales or pharmaceutical products is preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze markets and develop territory sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales procedures, prepare territory sales plans, organize promotional events, analyze customer profile, execute strategic sales calls, establish customer relations, and impart product knowledge to realize sales targets, maximize sales and improve market share within assigned territory.
• Provide support to the Business Unit in achieving sales targets through timely, effective delivery of selling services and marketing interventions.
