Job summary

Astek Iberia is seeking a talented UX Designer to join a leading organization within the Finance Analytics & Planning sector. You will design intuitive experiences for planning, reporting, and analytics solutions, with initial focus on planning applications built on TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics.

You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex processes into simple, user-centered journeys, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or UI/UX design.
Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, or data-driven applications.
Knowledge of user research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for Finance Planning solutions.
Work with customizable planning applications built on TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics.
Transform complex financial planning processes into simple and efficient user journeys.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define UX strategies.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Contribute to the design of analytical dashboards and reporting solutions.
Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and performance across interfaces.
