Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers or wash by hand to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, worktables, and other surfaces in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Remove garbage and maintain clean, safe, and sanitary waste disposal and loading areas.
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure a clean and professional working environment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils, stock clean dishes, and ensure a steady supply of clean items.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or slicing meat.
• Clean dining rooms, restrooms, and other public areas, restocking supplies and performing parking lot maintenance.
• Assist both kitchen staff and front-of-house team with tasks to ensure smooth operations.
