Job summary

Topsource Labor Service Cooperative in the Philippines is seeking a diligent maintenance and custodial assistant to support the upkeep of company facilities. You will take orders for maintenance, clean premises and equipment, inspect projects, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will clear debris from job sites, assist with pothole and gutter repairs, help stock staff with inventory, move furniture, and keep floors, ceilings, and windows clean.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from supervisors for maintenance and repair of systems and buildings.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining company premises and equipment.
• Maintain upkeep of company facilities, inspect finished projects, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Clear and clean job sites of debris and hazardous materials and restore to original state.
• Provide support in repairing potholes and gutters.
• Assist office staff in custodial services and grounds keeping activities.
• Clean and maintain floor surfaces, ceilings, and windows.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposing of trash.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Assist stock personnel in inventory duties and receiving, verifying, and storing office supplies.
• Move equipment and furniture around the building.
