Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Subic, Zambales, Philippines seeks an Utilities Manager to oversee electrical, water systems, WTP and WWTP, and energy programs to ensure reliability, efficiency, and ESG alignment.

You will coordinate with partners, lead maintenance programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive cost savings across utility operations.

The role requires a BS Electrical Engineering, PE license, and 5–8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer and Certified Energy Manager (required).
• With minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in utilities, facilities management, energy management, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or industrial operations.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in Energy Management and managing WTP and WWTP operations is highly preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales.

Responsibilities

• Utilities Operations Management.
• Manage the operation, maintenance oversight, and reliability of all utility systems including: Electrical distribution, Water supply, WTP, WWTP, Sewer and drainage systems.
• Collaborate with CBRE partners (GWS) in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure continuous and efficient utility services to support business operations.
• Monitor utility consumption trends and identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain energy conservation and efficiency programs.
• Prepare and submit required government and regulatory reports (Energy Utilization, Energy Efficiency, Energy Audit).
• Lead ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
