Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a senior Utilities transformation expert to advise on end-to-end programs across generation, T&D, retail, and grid operations. You will map as-is processes, design to-be operating models, and lead large-scale delivery with multidisciplinary teams in Manila.

You will bring deep OT/IT utilities knowledge, design AI-enabled grid optimization and forecasting solutions, and drive market growth and demand generation while engaging C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of Utilities industry experience across the value chain.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in Utilities.
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations and managing senior stakeholders.

• Advise clients across the Utilities value chain — generation, T&D, retail, grid & network operations and metering — on end-to-end transformation.
• Lead Utilities process transformation, mapping as-is processes and designing to-be operating models and business blueprints.
• Bring deep knowledge of the Utilities OT/IT landscape (SCADA, ADMS/DMS, DERMS, GIS, EAM, MDM/MDMS, CIS & billing) and OT-IT convergence.
• Design and shape AI-enabled solutions for Utilities — grid optimization, predictive asset maintenance, outage & network management, load/demand forecasting and customer experience.
• Stay ahead of the energy transition — renewables and DER integration, decarbonization, grid modernization and evolving regulatory drivers.
• Engage senior client stakeholders (C-suite) and lead large-scale delivery, workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive growth of the Utilities team in Manila by tapping market opportunities, originating and shaping deals, and driving demand generation.
• Build and nurture networks with Accenture’s global leads to bring the best of the firm to clients.
• Maintain visibility into the Manila Node’s Utilities skills and strengths, anchoring and positioning these to grow the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (highly recommended) or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of Utilities industry experience across the value chain — consulting, transformation and/or delivery.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in Utilities.
• Deep expertise in Utilities business processes (as-is to to-be), business blueprinting and the Utilities OT/IT landscape.
• Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record of large-scale delivery with minimal oversight; proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, drive demand generation and lead go-to-market activities.
• Strong program management and verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong client relationships.
