You will translate business needs into functional specs, present solutions in client workshops, and drive end-to-end asset lifecycle improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 3–6 years post MBA or 8 years without MBA at Consultant level.
• 7–10 years post MBA or 10 years without MBA at Manager level.
• 3+ years in utilities Asset Management or Enterprise Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of industry practices and utilities value chain.
• Knowledge of Asset Management systems (Asset Maintenance, GIS, Asset Analytics, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into functional specs and possible solutions.
• Suggest solutions and present to internal teams and in client workshops.
• Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management and related processes.
• Analyze business requirements and support finalizing the solution with customer teams.
• Demonstrate Product & Solution demos to client.
• Document business processes and identify automation opportunities for efficient operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other modules.
• Define solution for complex projects or contribute to a program.
