Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and facilitate trainings onsite in Ortigas.

The role focuses on analyzing training needs and designing targeted interventions to drive KPIs, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a BSN with an active USRN license and has prior training experience within a BPO setting, with strong clinical or triage knowledge for US healthcare accounts.

Qualificações

• BSN with an active USRN license (any state, but preferably New York).
• Training experience in a BPO setting.
• Background in supporting US healthcare accounts.
• Strong Clinical or Triage knowledge (MCG Guidelines, Medical Necessity, etc).

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and develop customized Training Needs Interventions (TNI).
• Regularly communicate, collaborate, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coach and guide on progress of new hires and identified outliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver & facilte trainings per business requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), as well as develop and execute customized Training Needs Interventions (TNI) to support business KPIs.
• Regularly communicate, collaborate, coordinate, and calibrate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach and act as a guide on progress of new hires and identified outliers.
• Demonstrate excellence, adaptability, integrity, accountability, and respect.

Profile:

• BSN with an active USRN license (any state, but preferably New York)
• Training experience in a BPO setting
• Background in supporting US healthcare accounts
• Strong Clinical or Triage knowledge (MCG Guidelines, Medical Necessity, etc)
• Work onsite - Ortigas
• Fixed night shift; Weekends Off
