Qualifications

• Active USRN license and Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• 3 years of acute hospital experience, including ER and OR.
• At least 1 year in Utilization Management or Utilization Review.
• At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in a US Healthcare BPO environment.
• Hands-on experience with InterQual and MCG guidelines.
• Strong people and performance management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Willing to work night shifts.
