Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with InterQual and MCG guidelines.
• Strong people and performance management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Willing to work night shifts.

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for experienced healthcare professionals who meet the following requirements:

• Active and unrestricted USRN license; New York license is preferred

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license

• At least 3 years of acute hospital experience, particularly in:

  • Emergency Room (ER)

  • Operating Room (OR)

• At least 1 year of Utilization Management or Utilization Review experience

• Hands-on experience using InterQual and MCG guidelines

• At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in a US Healthcare BPO environment

• Strong people management and performance management skills

• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig

• Amenable to a night shift schedule
