Job summary

The ideal candidate is a Nursing graduate with USRN, has at least 4 years of relevant experience including 2 in a senior role, and possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Nursing, USRN.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, including 2 years in senior post is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and decision-making skills
• At least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory role, with proficiency in Problem Solving and People Management

Job description

The primary role of an Operations Manager is team productivity, process efficiency, quality service delivery and team capability development by effectively leading frontline managers/supervisors, managing the resources needed in the performance of the (area) services and by implementing the right processes resulting to service delivery that meets then exceeds customer expectation. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating operation plans, improving performance, resources planning, securing compliance and frontline management development.
