Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Clinical Content & Competency Specialist to develop exams, study guides, and clinical modules for a competency assessment platform. You will ensure quality, manage LMS materials, and tailor content to client needs while coordinating with clinical teams.

You must hold a Philippine RN license, plus US nursing licensure, and have experience as a clinical instructor or nurse educator with strong attention to detail and online-platform proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop exams, skills checklists, study guides, course outlines, and clinical modules based on client requirements and to expand our Competency Assessment library.
• Review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and clinical relevance of exams and skills checklists published on our competency platform.
• Support daily platform operations, including uploading and maintaining exams, skills checklists, and other learning materials.
• Customize exam questions, skills checklists, groups, and content bundles based on specific client requirements.
• Review and evaluate exams and assessment questions based on feedback from clients and clinicians, and recommend revisions.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Present and explain our competency assessment services to clients when needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of the competency portal and coordinate with the Technology Partner's Technical Team for issues.
• Provide support with other administrative tasks and account-related activities as needed.

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Content & Competency Specialist who will support the development, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations of our competency assessment platform. This role is ideal for a nurse with experience in clinical instruction, nursing education, or preceptorship who enjoys developing educational content and working with technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop exams, skills checklists, study guides, course outlines, and clinical modules based on client requirements and to expand our Competency Assessment library.

• Review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and clinical relevance of exams and skills checklists published on our competency platform.

• Support daily platform operations, including uploading and maintaining exams, skills checklists, and other learning materials.

• Customize exam questions, skills checklists, groups, and content bundles based on specific client requirements.

About you

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Active US Nursing License

• Experience as a Clinical Instructor, Nurse Educator, Nurse Preceptor, or in a similar nursing education role.

• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable developing, reviewing, and editing clinical and educational content.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working with online platforms and learning new technology.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Experience developing nursing exams, competency assessments, skills checklists, or clinical training materials.

• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), competency platforms, or other healthcare education technology.
