Job summary

Shopee Philippines offers a full-time internship role focusing on CRM campaign support, new user onboarding, and online marketing tasks. You will help manage campaigns, handle data, craft copy and visuals, and track performance under guidance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor weekly competitor insights, and own multiple projects from start to finish for a 3-6 month period, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills able to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable with data, quantitative analysis and performance metrics; Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive approach and end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment of 3-6 months - Full-time interns preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRM: Support campaign management to reduce customer churn rate, including execution, data management and analysis.
