Job summary

Shopee Philippines is offering a full-time internship focused on growing and optimizing commercial initiatives. You will assist in analysing key metrics, create reports, and track user acquisition performance across campaigns.

You will liaise with local teams to consolidate data and support data-driven decisions. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree, proficient in Excel and Google Suite, with strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field or have internship experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Able to work well in a dynamic environment with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics
• Assist the team to identify, review and analyse key commercial metrics to improve campaign efficiency
• Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
• Track and evaluate performance of user acquisition
• Monitor new initiatives by Shopee and our competitors, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement
• Where needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etc

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experience
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
• Able to work well in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
• Team-player, organised and detail-oriented individual
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
