Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a proactive intern to support growth initiatives and optimise key metrics. You will help analyze data, create visualisations, and contribute to regular reporting across teams.

You’ll liaise with local and regional stakeholders to compile data and assets, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment while sharpening Excel and Google Suite skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and/or internship experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time and stakeholder management.
• Team-player, organised and detail-oriented.
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
• Part-time interns who can commit for at least 3 working days are also welcome to apply.

• Support projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics
• Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
• Where needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etc

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experience
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
• Able to work well in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
• Team-player, organised and detail-oriented individual
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
