Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Cebu, Philippines is seeking a US Intermediate Accountant to join our North American division onsite. You will manage end-to-end US accounting and tax compliance, mentor juniors, and act as a strategic partner to US-based clients while ensuring data security.

You will prepare complex US federal and state returns (1120/1120S, 1065, 1041), review workpapers, oversee General Ledger, and coordinate with the US accounting team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years US accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven ability to prepare complex corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Strong command of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US client portfolios and tax compliance including IRS/state filings and notices.
• Lead preparation of US federal/state returns (1120/1120S, 1065, 1041).
• Review workpapers and financial statements to ensure accuracy before senior review.
• Oversee General Ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting with insights.
