TOA Global Pty seeks a US Tax Manager to lead North American tax operations. This strategic role requires deep know-how of compliance for individuals, S-corps, and partnerships, with team leadership and client relationship responsibilities.

Strong tech fluency in ProConnect, Canopy, QuickBooks, Xero, and Gusto is preferred. You will oversee tax lifecycle, mentor staff, and ensure deadlines are met, all within a Monday–Friday night shift onsite in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive US tax experience and 5+ years of proven team management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of US federal and state tax regulations and compliance.
• Ability to mentor staff and manage client relationships in a public accounting context.

Responsabilités

• Strategic compliance oversight of end-to-end tax prep for individuals, S-corps and partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a tax team to ensure high-quality output and on-time US tax filings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients and provide guidance.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and adapt to changing tax laws and IRS rules.
• Optimize use of ProConnect, Canopy, QuickBooks, Xero, and Gusto to drive efficiency.
