Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a US Intermediate Accountant to join our North American division. This onsite role supports our US clients with high-level accounting and tax compliance, including multi-state filings, under limited supervision during a Monday–Friday night shift.

You’ll mentor junior staff, guard data security, and partner with US teams to deliver accurate financial statements and timely deliverables while advancing your career in a global accounting services

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years US accounting experience in a US firm or SME.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US client portfolios with tax compliance, IRS/state tasks, and extensions.
• Lead preparation of US federal/state returns (1120/1120S, 1065, 1041) with multi-state filings.
• Review junior staff work for accuracy and regulatory compliance before senior review.
• Oversee General Ledger, reconciliations, and insightful financial reporting.
• Coordinate with US accounting team to ensure timely deliverables.
