Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is hiring a US Staff Accountant to support end-to-end accounting and tax compliance for U.S. clients. The role covers general ledger, reconciliations, tax filings, and collaboration with North American teams.

Onsite, night-shift schedule with a competitive salary package. The candidate should have 0–1 year in a U.S. accounting firm, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop/Online, plus strong Excel/Word and English communication

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in a U.S. accounting firm (internships welcome).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Exposure to federal/state tax returns and basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP & IRS compliance; familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop/Online; strong Excel/Word.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare U.S. federal and state returns under supervision.
• General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Manage daily transactions, journal entries, reconciliations.
• AP & AR Processing: Handle payable/receivable workflows with ledgers.
• Financial Reporting & Workpapers: Prepare statements, reports, and workpapers.
• U.S. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with U.S.-based teams to resolve queries.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain IRS compliance and audit-ready documentation.
