You will liaise with clients, CPA teams, and tax agencies, ensure timely filings, and leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate analysis and drafting. Work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in bank reconciliations, accounting, payroll, and producing financial reports for CPA firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online.
