Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles as well as Regulatory Requirements.
• 1–2 years in General Accounting or Taxation (US accounting/tax experience preferred but not required).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel & Google Sheet Skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Willing to work during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Handles processing/preparation of assigned easy to moderate deals (Note: Deals represent clients).
• Peer review of prepared deals.
• Assist TL in resolving/addressing clients' deal-related queries.
• Timely update of all Process Trackers (Deal tracker, Issue tracker, etc.).
• Other special tasks/deliverables required by the client.
