Job summary

The Lead Tree - Clark Outsourcing in Clark Pampanga is seeking a Tax Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and payroll processing. You will also prepare U.S. business and individual tax returns, maintain records, and coordinate client submissions, ensuring tasks stay on schedule across projects.

Ideal candidates have hands-on U.S. accounting experience, knowledge of Forms 1065/1120S/1120, and proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in U.S. accounting and tax preparation.
Experience preparing U.S. business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120).
Knowledge of U.S. individual tax returns is a plus.
Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.
Payroll processing experience, preferably using Toast Payroll.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
Experience with tax software (Pro-Series/ Drake/ Ultra Tax/ CCH).
Familiarity with document management and e-signatures.

Responsibilities

Manage accounting projects and reconcile bank and credit card transactions daily.
Prepare and maintain daily financial management reports for management review.
Process weekly/biweekly payroll using available platforms.
Prepare U.S. business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120) and assist with individual returns.
Perform tax mapping in QuickBooks Desktop and maintain records.
Send completed tax returns to clients for e-signature and provide admin support.
Track accounting and tax projects using project management tools to meet deadlines.
