We're a CPA firm based in Dallas, Texas, providing tax and accounting services to U.S. businesses and individuals. We prepare federal and multi-state returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates, and we help clients plan with confidence. We're a small, fully remote team, so everyone's work is visible and good ideas get used.
We're hiring a full-time Tax Accountant to work remotely from the Philippines. You'll own your engagements from start to finish, from source documents to the final client conversation. No U.S. tax experience? That's okay. If you have a solid audit or public practice background, we'll train you.
U.S. tax season is different from audit busy season. The heaviest period runs from January to April 15, when most returns are due. There's a second, smaller peak in September and October for clients who filed extensions. The rest of the year is steadier, with planning work, amended returns, and client requests.
Schedule: This is a morning-shift role (Philippine time). For your first 3 months, you'll work during Dallas business hours (U.S. Central Time) for training and onboarding with the team. If you pick things up quickly, you can move to the morning shift sooner. During tax season, you may occasionally need to overlap up to 4 hours with Dallas business hours (late night to early morning in the Philippines), but only when the workload requires it.
