The position is onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, with a night shift aligned to US hours. At least 1 year of QA experience and BPO/international account exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Quality Analyst experience with international call monitoring.
• BPO or international account experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities
