This onsite position runs on a night shift aligned to US hours, with full-time hours and a focus on QA reviews, calibrations, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year of QA experience, preferably with international calls, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Quality Analyst experience with international call monitoring.
• BPO or international account experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willing to work night shift (US schedule).
• Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City.
