Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time roles in the United States, sponsoring EB-3 Green Card immigration for eligible candidates. Positions are in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care with a geriatric patient population, located in New Mexico and Missouri. The role offers competitive hourly pay and full relocation support upon sponsorship approval.

English proficiency is required. Eligible candidates must relocate to the U.S. and complete licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing education program.
• Currently licensed/registered as a nurse in your home country.
• Must be willing to satisfy applicable U.S. nursing licensure requirements.
• Must meet applicable immigration and EB-3 sponsorship eligibility requirements.
• Must be willing to relocate to New Mexico or Missouri, USA.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete required nursing documentation and clinical charting.
• Follow established procedures for incident reporting.
• Monitor residents for infections, skin conditions, nutritional concerns, weight changes, pain, and other clinical concerns.
• Communicate significant changes to physicians, nursing leadership, residents' representatives, and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Follow facility procedures for medication management and reconciliation.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and changes in resident status.
• Make rounds with physicians and other clinical providers as appropriate.
• Supervise and provide direction to nursing assistants when applicable.
• Maintain infection prevention, resident safety, and quality-of-care standards.
• Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, respect, and professionalism.
