Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is sponsoring eligible nurses to work in the United States as Registered Nurses in a skilled nursing center (long-term care) with geriatric patients in Taos, New Mexico. Relocation, housing, and Greencard assistance are provided, with a guaranteed stay of up to three years and renewable extensions.

English proficiency is required to support patient care and documentation. Full-time position offering benefits and opportunities to work with primarily Spanish-speaking

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutrition, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, etc.
• Utilizes Life Quality Manual for patient identification and monitoring.
• Notifies applicable departments of room changes, LOA, new admits or discharges.
• Rounds with physicians when necessary.

About the Role:

We would love to take this adventure with you. We will assist you in relocation, housing, and acquiring your Greencard guaranteed stay of up to three years with renewable extensions! As a Registered Nurse you will render nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patient's needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have license has an RN in home country.
• Have grauated from an accredited Registered nursing program.
• Must be proficient in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
