Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is recruiting internationally trained Registered Nurses for full-time RN roles in the United States. The program offers employer-sponsored EB-3 Green Card sponsorship, relocation and immigration support, and US licensure assistance.

Pay ranges from $32.00 to $37.00 per hour, depending on facility, location, jurisdiction, and experience. Positions are in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings, primarily serving geriatric populations in New Mexico or Missouri.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must be willing and able to satisfy applicable U.S. nursing licensure requirements.
• Must meet immigration and EB-3 sponsorship eligibility requirements.
• Must be willing to relocate to New Mexico or Missouri, USA.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, hospital, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care according to resident care plans and physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete required nursing documentation and clinical charting.
• Follow facility procedures for incident reporting.
• Monitor residents for infections, skin conditions, nutritional concerns, weight changes, pain, behavioral changes, and other clinical concerns.
• Communicate significant changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and changes in resident status.
