Job summary

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking an experienced US Recruitment Resourcer to support a US-based agency specialising in Real Estate, Property and Facilities recruitment. This is a high-priority role requiring a strong operator who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

You will work closely with the agency's President, building a candidate pipeline from the ground up with heavy outbound sourcing via LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a recruitment resourcer, researcher or 180/360 support role, ideally in Real Estate, Property, Facilities or Construction recruitment, or adjacent engineering/finance recruiting background.
• Experience recruiting permanent placements – this is a 100% permanent desk, so temp/contract-only experience is not a fit.
• US recruitment market experience highly regarded, including understanding of 401(k) plans and healthcare/benefits.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work US Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for Real Estate, Property, Facilities and Construction roles, plus related engineering/finance recruiting backgrounds.
• Build a candidate pipeline and database from scratch; no existing desk database.
• Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing via LinkedIn and cold calling with ZoomInfo.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Bullhorn as the database grows.
• Screen and qualify candidates for cultural fit, personality, and technical suitability.
• Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for the client.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the process.
• Track pipeline activity, engagement, and outstanding actions.
• Post and manage job ads using Idibu and other tools.
• Familiarize with US market and California business culture for effective conversations.
• Ensure high-quality candidate and client experience throughout.

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support a growing US-based recruitment agency specialising in white-collar Real Estate, Property, Facilities and, occasionally, Construction recruitment. This is a high-priority hire for the client, and we're looking for a genuinely strong operator who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

You'll work closely with the agency's President, taking ownership of building a candidate pipeline from the ground up. There's no existing candidate database for this desk, so the role will involve heavy outbound sourcing — LinkedIn connects, cold calling via ZoomInfo, and careful data entry into Bullhorn as the database is built out. Sourcing will focus on candidates with backgrounds in Real Estate, Property, Facilities and Construction recruitment, along with related engineering, technical or finance recruiting experience.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a recruitment resourcer, researcher or 180/360 support role, ideally within Real Estate, Property, Facilities or Construction recruitment, or an adjacent engineering, technical or finance recruiting background.
• Experience recruiting permanent placements — this is a 100% permanent desk, so temp/contract-only experience is not a fit.
• US recruitment market experience highly regarded, including a working understanding of concepts candidates will ask about (e.g. 401(k) retirement plans, healthcare/benefits packages) and general familiarity with US geography and culture.
• Naturally personable, warm and easy to build rapport with — comfortable with a more relaxed, conversational communication style suited to the California market, rather than an overly formal tone.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound sourcing: LinkedIn connects, cold calling and building a candidate pipeline from scratch.
• Experience using Bullhorn, Idibu, LinkedIn (Recruiter) and ZoomInfo highly regarded.
• Spanish language skills an advantage, though not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple open roles at once.
• Able to work US Pacific Time zone hours (approx. 8:00–9:00 a.m. to 4:00–5:00 p.m. PT)
• AI-native, with the ability to use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening and workflow efficiency.

• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and the client throughout the process.
