Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to execute payroll services for its Sales population. The role involves validating inputs, capturing data in payroll systems, and ensuring compliance with pay rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales.
  • Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements.
  • Capture information in payroll systems.
  • Ensure payroll meets operational controls and pay rules.
  • Monitor case intake and SLA compliance.
  • Deliver services within defined SLAs/KPIs.
  • Escalate daily issues when needed.
  • Coordinate with local functional teams for alignment.
  • Prepare documentation for audits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related field

The Opportunity
Your Impact

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment for Sales population.

Responsibilities
  • Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Sales.
  • Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
  • Capture information in payroll systems.
  • Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
  • Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
  • Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
  • Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
  • Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
  • Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
  • Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
  • Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
