Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in leadership or team management.
Experience managing campaigns for US-based clients and strong understanding of digital channels.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists, coordinators, and content creators.
Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, social media, content, SEO, and marketing automation.
Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and leadership.
