As a US Junior Tax Accountant, you will play a crucial role in delivering precise and reliable tax preparation for our U.S.-based client portfolio. Your Impact

Tax Return Preparation: Collaborate directly with the U.S.-based team to prepare individual and business U.S. tax returns, ensuring full compliance with current federal, state, and local tax laws.


Workpaper Management: Maintain detailed, thorough, and accurate workpapers that serve as a strong audit trail and support all tax filings.


Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with offshore managers and U.S. counterparts, actively participating in team meetings and alignment discussions.


Quality & Accuracy: Apply exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors, resolve tax preparation discrepancies, and maintain high compliance standards.


Timeline Execution: Effectively manage multiple engagement timelines and deadlines, delivering accurate outputs within expected service level agreements.


What You Bring

The Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience preparing U.S. personal and business tax returns is required.


The Credentials: Professional accounting certification (CPA, Chartered Accountant, ACA, CIMA, etc.) is a plus. Being a U.S. IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) is highly preferred.


Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of U.S. tax compliance. Proficiency with Intuit Lacerte tax software is a distinct advantage.


The Mindset: A proactive learner with strong problem-solving and organizational skills, a high degree of accountability, and a true passion for tax preparation.


Communication Prowess: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, essential for seamless daily communication with U.S.-based stakeholders and team members.
