Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines seeks a US Junior Accountant to grow in end-to-end accounting and US tax compliance for North American clients. You will work onsite to protect data integrity and support US-based entities with tax filings and financial reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years of US accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and strong QuickBooks proficiency. Night shift hours apply, with opportunities for growth and security.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dedicated US accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Ability to prepare tax returns and financial statements under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Manage the General Ledger and perform journal entries and reconciliations.
• Draft financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Assist with payroll and sales tax compliance and coordinate with US accounting team.
