Startek Philippines is seeking a results-driven US Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned US-based roles—from sourcing through onboarding coordination.

You will source healthcare and insurance professionals in the US, build pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet targets while delivering a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years US recruitment experience, healthcare/insurance focus.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and databases.
• US-based role familiarity with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles.
• Source healthcare/insurance professionals in the US.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, databases).
• Screen candidates; assess qualifications, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Track recruitment activity, pipelines, and metrics; update ATS.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience; meet targets and timelines.
