Qualifications

• At least 5 years as Training Manager in a BPO.
• Experience with US Healthcare accounts.
• Healthcare RCM experience is required.
• Clinical process experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, people, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of training operations, performance & learning development.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu City.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training operations for the US Healthcare account.
• Manage Training teams, Trainers, and training performance.
• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee new hire, refresher, upskilling, and process training programs.
• Ensure training programs effectively support Healthcare RCM processes.
• Monitor training performance, effectiveness, and quality.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and other support functions.
• Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare and present training performance reports to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across the training organization.
