Qualifications
- 3+ years SME experience in a BPO setup.
- Strong US Healthcare BPO experience.
- Experience using the EPIC Platform.
- Healthcare RCM or Hospital Billing experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- College graduate.
- Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Cebu.
- Willing to work night shift.
