The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in US health insurance and customer service, plus 2 years in a BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of US health insurance and customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience handling calls, data entry, or email support.
• At least 2 years in a BPO or call center environment.
• Strong English language proficiency including grammar and writing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement in service and billing processes.
• Develop, maintain, and update documentation related to service and billing operations.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email and process enrollments, account changes, and terminations.
• Work with internal and external clients to address service inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend meetings to support operational and team objectives.
• Stay updated on US healthcare regulations and best practices.
