Qualifications

• Professionally qualified in Financial Accounting with deep expertise in accounting standards, statutory reporting, regulatory requirements, and financial statement preparation.
• Demonstrated mastery of US GAAP advisory and technical accounting matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic accounting leadership on complex transactions, regulatory developments, and evolving standards.
• Partner with senior leaders to support decisions, governance, and growth.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen governance, reporting, and controls across US operations.
• Act as SME for US GAAP across Shell's US businesses and entities.
