Job summary

PSG Global Solutions Inc. in Manila seeks a detail-oriented Accountant with solid US GAAP experience to maintain the integrity of financial reporting, manage accounts payable workflows, oversee payroll processes, and support month-end close activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, review period-end results, assist with regulatory filings, and act as the primary contact for employee and vendor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA candidate preferred.
• 2+ years accounting experience, ideally US accounts.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
• Hands-on payroll processing and accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or NetSuite and similar ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconcile general ledger accounts to support month-end processes.
• Oversee payroll processes and accurate payments to employees including incentives.
• Review and process vendor invoices, reimbursements, AP inbox, and card transactions.
• Support FP&A with analysis of operating results and KPIs.
• Assist with regulatory reporting deadlines as required.
• Serve as main point of contact for employee and vendor inquiries.
