Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of bank feeds, PayPal, and bills; monthly 401(k) reconciliation.
• Maintain finance data in HubSpot and ensure data consistency across deals.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and follow-ups on overdue payments.
• Respond to creator payment inquiries with accuracy and clear communication; escalate when needed.
• Support invoicing automation and verify output against the books.
