Job summary

PitchSense is seeking a results-driven outbound SDR to help us reach US-based B2B technology leaders. This fully remote role requires night-shift Philippines hours and a strong focus on booking qualified meetings.

You will research accounts, make high-volume calls, handle objections, log outcomes in our CRM, and work toward daily activity and weekly targets while following our call framework and maintaining a consultative tone.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience with proven results.
• Clear spoken English suitable for US business conversations.
• Comfortable working US business hours from the Philippines.
• Reliable home setup with high-speed internet and quiet space.

PitchSense is an AI-powered sales readiness platform. We help sales and enablement teams run continuous practice, close skill gaps faster, and give leaders a clear readiness number. We are building a small, high-quality outbound team to reach US sales and enablement leaders.

What you will do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based B2B technology and enablement decision-makers.
• Open conversations, handle objections, and book qualified meetings that match our ICP.
• Research accounts and contacts using LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar tools before calling.
• Log every call, outcome, and next step accurately in the CRM the same day.
• Follow the provided call framework while sounding natural and consultative.
• Hit daily activity and weekly meeting targets.

What you need

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience, with proven results calling into the US market.
• Working knowledge of the B2B technology space (SaaS, AI tools, sales tech, or enablement platforms preferred).
• Prior experience inside an AI-based or technology startup is a strong plus.
• Clear spoken English suitable for US business conversations.
• Comfortable working US business hours (Philippines night shift) on a consistent basis.
• Reliable home setup: high-speed internet, backup connection or power, quality headset, and quiet space.
• Basic CRM discipline and willingness to follow process.
