Store Position: 1 Store Manager

Location: Robinson's Magnolia, Quezon City

Responsibilities

• Has good leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Capable of managing both FOH and BOH teams.
• Expert in forecasting and inventory management.
• Must be presentable and fluent in English.
• Ability to conduct service training is a plus.
• Capable of ensuring excellent customer service and handling customer complaints.

What we"re looking for

• Preferably resident from Quezon City or living near QC.
• Proven experience with at least 1–4 years as a Restaurant Manager/Operations/Store Manager in a Japanese restaurant or from any food industry company is a huge plus.
• Can manage the team by providing outstanding customer service skills.
• Proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
