Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a qualified materials scientist to join our R&D team. The role focuses on laboratory research, materials testing, formulation development and data analysis to drive new products from concept to validation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot processes, operate lab equipment, maintain quality and compliance, and prepare technical reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in materials R&D, laboratory testing, formulation or materials characterisation.
• Strong analytical, experimental and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and analytical techniques.
• Good technical communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in materials science, polymer chemistry or formulation development is advantageous.
• Minimum Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science or related disciplines.
